Thanks to the Wisconsin Legislature, any illegal alien who graduates from a Wisconsin high school will only have to pay in-state tuition ($7,576 per year) to attend a Wisconsin college or university. Compare that to the out-of-state tuition ($17,306 per year) which an American citizen who happens to live just on the other side of the state line in Minnesota or Illinois must pay. Read more »
