Office Staff

As Fayette County’s Commonwealth’s Attorney, one of my goals has been to be responsive to the citizens of our community. Those who live, work or visit Lexington have a right to feel safe and secure here.

The Fayette Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office continually strives to develop policies and programs aimed at improving the quality of life in our community, protecting victims, and seeking timely sanctions for those who choose to violate our laws.

Three primary rules guide our office as we deal with those individuals whose behavior has brought them to court. They are:

  • Every person should be treated the same under the same facts;
  • Every person should be held responsible for their conduct; and
  • Every person should suffer consequences for violating the law.

The prosecutors in the Fayette Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office are a diverse group. Although all come from various places and diverse backgrounds, they have a great deal in common. They are all bright and articulate men and women. They all have an incredible work ethic, each possesses a good heart, and a dedication to the safety of our community and it’s citizens.

The men and women who prosecute these serious crimes in Lexington come in every size, shape, race and gender. I am proud that our staff is truly a reflection of our community, and it should be.
