Trial Calendar
The following cases are presently set for trial in Fayette Circuit Court on the dates listed. These dates are often changed for a number of reasons, including the unavailability of a necessary witness, a change in defense attorney, and/or a conflict in the schedule of persons involved in the case.
The trial dates of cases prosecuted by the Office of the Fayette Commonwealth’s Attorney are listed in the order in which they will be tried.
It is our intent to update the Fayette Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Trial Calendar each week by removing cases which have been completed and adding those cases for which trial dates have been set.
