The Prosecutor's View is a newsletter published periodically by the Office of the Fayette Commonwealth's Attorney as an educational and informational service to members of the law enforcement community, victims of crime and their families and friends. It addresses current criminal justice, safety and crime prevention issues in Lexington. Any opinions expressed in The Prosecutor's View do not necessarily represent the policies or positions of the Office of the Fayette Commonwealth's Attorney. Funding for The Prosecutor's View is provided by funds seized from defendants convicted of drug trafficking in Lexington, Kentucky.
