E-Filing with Our Office

The Office of the Fayette Commonwealth’s Attorney is a participant in the Fayette Circuit Court, Criminal Branch, 9th Division pilot project for e-filing and our prosecutors have completed eFile certification. We welcome e-filing in all divisions of the Fayette Circuit Court. Please be aware of the following when e-filing to ensure proper notice to our office:

– ALL e-filed pleadings to the Office of the Fayette Commonwealth’s Attorney should be sent to the general email box address: fayettecommadmin@prosecutors.ky.gov;

– When filing a pleading, include this general email box address fayettecommadmin@prosecutors.ky.gov in the courtesy notice (you must manually type in this address.) If the general email box address is not added to the courtesy notice the Fayette Commonwealth Attorney will not receive notice of your filing;

– Please DO NOT send the pleading to an individual prosecutor’s email address.
